Summer Break 2018
With these last few weeks of summer, we think it’s a great time to recharge and prep for a new cycle. In this spirit, Crafted Taste will be closed for the month of August and we will not be releasing a new kit this month.
During this time, our team will be focusing behind the scenes to make sure we continue to offer the best service possible to our subscribers and customers.
All new orders and subscription sign ups will be fulfilled in September, when we return to normal operations. Please note, all email and chat inquiries may not receive responses until we return in September. Leave us a message and we'll respond as soon as we return!
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship our cocktail kits throughout the continental US. We do not ship internationally at this time.
WE DO NOT SHIP ALCOHOL TO:
Our Mixers Only cocktail kits (kits without alcohol) can be shipping anywhere within the US.
If you’re outside the US but still interested in our cocktail kits, email us and let us know! We’re looking to grow internationally and may add plans to expand in your area.
HOW OUR COCKTAIL KITS ARRIVE
Our cocktail kits are sent in two separate packages. The recipient will receive the alcohol directly from one of our partner liquor stores and the rest of the non-alcoholic ingredients from us. Our cocktail kits are thoughtfully packed in decorative, branded materials and both packages contain information about which items are arriving separately. We work hard to time the delivery of both packages to arrive on the same day, or at least within 1-2 days of each other.
IMPORTANT: An adult 21+ must be present to sign for the alcohol delivery. Due to alcohol shipping laws, the package cannot be left unattended. Generally, UPS/FedEx will only make three delivery attempts before returning the package to sender. We recommend shipping to a business address if possible, to guarantee an adult 21+ will be available to sign. If you can’t ship to a business address, please make sure the recipient is aware of the alcohol delivery. If the recipient is having trouble receiving the package, they can request the package is held for pickup at a local UPS/FedEX location through the tracking information we provide.
SENDING A GIFT: To prevent alcohol from being returned to us, we strongly recommend that the recipient is made aware of the alcohol delivery. We're happy to send a gift delivery announcement directly if provided with the contact email. If not, we recommend that the you forward on the tracking information to the recipient.
For any alcohol that is returned to us, we can make arrangements to reship the package. A redelivery fee will be assessed.
Currently, our cocktail kits are fulfilled from the midwest either same day or within 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping is included, which can take 1-5 business days depending on your location. This means most orders are received within 3-6 business days after purchase.
Our cocktail kits as part of the monthly subscription are shipped out on the 15th of the month. Subscribers, recipients of a gift subscription, and those purchasing our newest monthly kit will receive their kit between the 16th-23rd of the month. Please note, if you have purchased our newest cocktail kit, it will not be ready to ship until the 15th of the month.

GIFTS & GIFT MESSAGES
We treat every cocktail kit as a gift, meant to surprise and delight the recipient. Our cocktail kits are thoughtfully packaged in decorative materials for a first-class presentation. Check out our Instagram page for more examples of how our cocktail kits are packaged.
We do not include a traditional packing slip in our cocktail kits; no billing or pricing information will be shown. Instead, each cocktail kit includes a detailed brochure highlighting the products arriving in their kit, as well as tips and tricks. Cocktail recipe cards, with both the featured cocktail(s) and classic cocktail recipes, plus food pairing ideas are also included in each cocktail kit.
SENDING A GIFT: Since we do not include a traditional packing slip or billing information, we recommend that you include your name in the gift message. This way the recipient will know the sender of the gift.
Gift messages are added to the cocktail kit brochure, located in the non-alcoholic package shipping directly from us. This package will arrive first or at the same time as the alcohol package, so the recipient will first see the gift message.
MIXERS ONLY COCKTAIL KITS
Our Mixers Only cocktail kits include everything in the above product listing except alcohol. Recipients will need to add their own alcohol. Mixers Only cocktail kits are perfect for those that already know their favorite brand of liquor or have a home bar filled with alcohol bottles collecting dust.
